Leigh • Principal

Leigh supplies a strategic lead and direction in planning and delivering clients aims and objectives, together with their own statutory obligations with government agencies, in relation to personal tax, corporate tax and Trust tax. He also sits on a number of charitable boards helping them fulfil their own Charities Commission obligations. Leigh is the nominated Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).

Tracey • Practice Manager

Company Secretarial, Accounts, VAT, Construction Industry Scheme and Xero

Tracey is more often the first point of contact for clients. She manages the workflow through the office and ensures our high standards are adhered to. Tracey’s duties also include VAT registration/deregistration, completion of VAT returns, advice on VAT schemes and planning, preparing and filing monthly CIS returns, statutory accounts preparation and Companies House and HMRC filing compliance. Tracey is the deputy nominated Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

Sam • Accounts Senior 

Accounts, VAT, Construction Industry Scheme and Xero

Sam’s duties include completion of VAT returns, preparing and filing monthly CIS returns, processing payroll, statutory accounts preparation, Companies House and HMRC filing compliance.

Emma • Accounts Senior 

Accounts, VAT, Construction Industry Scheme, Payroll and Xero

Emma’s duties include completion of VAT returns, advice on VAT schemes and planning, preparing and filing monthly CIS returns, statutory accounts preparation, Companies House and HMRC filing compliance.

Polly • Payroll Manager

Polly’s duties include managing and processing the payroll for clients, submitting returns to HMRC, administering RTI, SSP, SMP, Auto-enrolment and verification.

Kate • Client Compliance and Standards Administrator

Kate’s duties include client onboarding and management of client workflow throughout the firm. Kate is the Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer.
