Any VAT period ending 1st April to 30th June needs the return filed by 7th August and the payment made. There is a new penalty regime around late VAT returns and payments.
Any accounting year ending today (30th June) needs to be filed with Companies House by 31st March and the tax paid on the profits by 1st April.
