The CIS/PAYE reporting period to HMRC has now passed. All deductions need to be reported and paid to HMRC by the 19th.
Any VAT period ending 1st October to 31st December needs the return filed by 7th February and the payment made. There is a new penalty regime around late VAT returns and payments.
Any accounting year ending today (31st January) needs to be filed with Companies House by 31st October and the tax paid on the profits by 1st November.
